Will I be charged for the portion of my order that did not ship?
If an item you have selected is out of stock, you will not be charged for the out of stock item. We will notify you regarding your updated order status. Items that are not shipped will be credited.
Will I receive my confirmation emails if I made an error on my email address?
Changes cannot be made after an order has been submitted. Confirmation emails can be forwarded manually to an updated email address by contacting us.

We begin processing your order immediately upon receipt. For this reason we will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have submitted it to us. If you decide you do not want the merchandise you have purchased, you can return the merchandise to a Vans company owned retail store not through other retailers such as JCPenney or Journeys or use the UPS prepaid shipping label included in the box.
