Chelle Alacapa is half Filipino and half Korean with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Management Accounting. She is the daughter of Atty. NoberbilitoAlacapa and Dr. Rosalinda Chiwawa. Her parents want her to become an Engineer but Chelle disagree about it. She decided to enroll BSBA instead of Engineer. She study hard and graduated with flying colors, one of her dreams is to put up a shoe business that can use in Skateboarding, snowboarding and walking shoes. Her parents gave her money to pursue her dreams to put a business that she want and she start up with a shoe business then after two years it became a big hit. Her shoe became popular so she decided to open a new one and she named it "Capz" the brand of her shoes and also the name of the company. She named it "Capz" because she remember when she's still in college and highschool most of her friends and the people who know her call her "Capz" istead of her name. And because of being stylish and fashionable she tried customizing shoes and later on it also became popular. Today there 3 stores across the Canada.
